Exceptionally comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom and a writing table, a couch, and closet space in the room. Great food, gorgeous breakfast. Very central location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a giant statue.

Good location to Shinjuku shopping area with particularly nice views. Based close enough to the exciting chaos of Shinjuku alleys, the Shinjuku shopping district and station and train & park.

The hotel met needs well, I would consider staying here again. All of the staff was responsive and brilliantly helpful. It was in the central location near 7-11 store. Further, it was just next door to Shinjuku where bars and male hostess bars rule, convenience stores, restaurants and train/subway stations, and subway & stores.

Would stay here again, a pleasant stay for 10 nights. This is surely the best low-budget hotel, extremely helpful and caring staff, fashionable rooms. The positives include magnificent and perfect location and parking outside. It's in a very convenient building in the super convenient area.

It boasts decent, perfectly comfortable location not far from many eateries, and shops as well as convenience stores, restaurants and train/subway stations. As for me the food is outstanding, and they have a wide array of meals.

Spotlessly clean, good budget hotel, I loved reasonably sized and well-designed rooms and very friendly staff. I had reasonably priced room with excellent facilities.

The location is marvellous and unbeatable and they have parking on-site. It's found in a local area, metres from many landmarks of Tokyo.

Loved that the hotel was modern and had especially helpful and extremely helpful staff in assisting with taxi. Its location was magnificent and lovely close to the centre of Shinjuku.

As for me, the area was really busy.

Unbeatable and decent location, it was close to a tube station. We ate in the excellent restaurant with very good and cheap food which was reasonably priced.

Reasonably sized unit with a small fridge and a microwave oven. Excellent and unbeatable location for Tokyo, just next door to Tokyo/Shinjuku and Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden.

Extremely busy area.

The location was relatively quiet for exploring this very comfortable area, right by the metro and central Shinjuku/Tokyo sights as well as main shinjuku area. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake:)))

All was perfect!

It had very central location close to Place m Gallery. The staff was amazing friendly and amazingly efficient, offered us wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

Functional room, comfy beds, gorgeous breakfast. With a small fridge and a microwave. Excellent and lovely location with incredible views, near the main shopping area and rail station in Shinjuku and a really great park and restaurants, bars and places of interest. Early check-in and late check-out, parking outside.
